Bottom Bar

• Extruded aluminum mill finish T-type is standard to 16’4″ width
• Double angle steel bottom bar has a powder coated or galvanized finish
• Plated steel bottom bar slide locks standard with manual and chain hoist doors
• Tube-type bottom astragal is safety yellow for high visibility
• Accepts pneumatic or electrical safety reversing edge

Curtain

• 22, 20 and 18-gauge galvanized steel interlocking roll-formed slats in curved (1.97″ x .53″) or flat (2.63″ x .66″) profiles
• Curtains use malleable iron endlocks to prevent lateral movement
• Curtains are laced and locked on a state-of-the-art lacing table
• Bronze, tan, grey, white, galvalume are standard finish coat colors
• 188 standard powder coat color options

Barrel

• Stress relieved, permanently lubricated  20,000 cycle spring life with high cycle spring designs optional
• Engineered to deflect not more than .03″ per foot of width
• Graduated rings prevent egg-shaped curtain wrap and are permanently welded to barrel

Guides

• Structural steel three angle guides standard, with rollformed galvanized steel guides optional
• Service cutouts in the guide angles provide easy curtain installation and service access
• Flared bellmouths ensure smooth curtain transition from coil to guide
• Removable curtain stops prevent curtain over-travel
