Account Manager

We are growing!  We are looking for an experienced outside Account Manager to assist in our growth.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company in a niche industry with unlimited earning potential.   

We are the premier single-source provider specializing in the service and product sales of loading dock equipment and industrial / commercial doors in our area.  Industry experience, fine attention to detail, and a fluid and nimble business model have allowed us to earn market share.  

We are an established owner-operated company with exciting growth plans throughout Minnesota and the neighboring states.  Out continued successful growth will be obtained by continuing to gain new customers, offering new problem solving products, and continual improvement within the organization. 

Our clients include end users of services and products throughout all types of industry as well as property managers and building owners.  We are a true solutions-based company that puts a premium on building relationships with our clients.  Because of that, it doesn’t take long for our customers to see the difference between us and our competition. 

The right candidate will manage a territory in the South Minneapolis & St. Paul Metro and southern rural area, which contains a combination of existing clients as well as unlimited opportunities for new business.  Our Account Managers secure and manage all accounts in their territory, including any national accounts.  Strategic and planned prospecting will be necessary for continued growth.

Material handling and / or door industry sales experience is desired but not necessary.  Industry training is provided.  We provide product, application, and industry-specific training to aid our Account Managers in being successful.   Additional product sales training is provided by our equipment manufacturers.

Experienced Field Service Technician

We are currently looking for a experienced field service technician.  Mechanical aptitude, clean driving record and dependable work history is required.  Direct or related industry experience is a plus.  

Our unique approach and high level of training offers our technicians a much deeper understanding of our products and all of the equipment we service.  Work involves local travel.  Occasional overnights are required.  Company provides truck, power and specialty tools.  Medical and dental available.
