Job Summary
The Executive Assistant is responsible for primarily supporting the Owner/CEO to ensure various tasks are completed. The job will vary from day to day. Personal support will also be necessary to manage appointments and provide comprehensive coordination. The Executive Assistant will also provide administrative support as necessary to the Leadership Team.

Essential Functions:
The primary duties and responsibilities of the Executive & Personal Assistant consist of but are not limited to:
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative assistance and support primarily to the Owner, with flexibility to support COO and leadership team if necessary.
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings and ensure follow up actions as appropriate.
- Perform office work such as filing, incoming and outgoing mail/inbox oversight, ordering supplies and various duties to ensure things run smoothly.
- Assist with various activities related to Sales Support and related ongoing Client needs.
- Responsible for organizing electronic and paper files and office
- Ensure client experience is of the highest level
- Manage company subscriptions and memberships
- Assist in event planning and preparation
Personal Support:
- Manage personal appointments, scheduling, preparation, payment and coordination.
- Errands-including driving, picking up supplies and occasionally shopping.
- Travel arrangements- personal and professional
- Coordination of household management services and maintenance
- Research/identify/manage inefficiencies in personal accounts subscriptions and services.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of related experience working for an executive, entrepreneur or dynamic leadership team.
- Valid Drivers License, ability to pass Background Check
- Experience with Office 365: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AI, Texting
- Ability to learn and navigate enterprise resource program (ERP) and CRM software.
- Experience in an EOS/Traction environment is helpful but not required.

- Operate in a professional office environment as well as the owners’ residence when personal tasks are done.
- Partner with Owner, Leadership Team & D&DT employees to ensure internal efficiencies and collaboration exist.
- Maintain professional relationships with internal and external partners, exhibiting a commitment to D&DTs core values and mission.
