10. User-Generated Content
If you submit, post, upload, or otherwise provide content to the Sites (“User Content”), you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Dock & Door Tec a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, publish, distribute, and create derivative works from such User Content for lawful business purposes.
11. Intellectual Property Rights of Others
Dock & Door Tec respects the intellectual property rights of others and will remove content that infringes upon the rights of third parties.
12. Copyright Infringement; DMCA Notice
Dock & Door Tec Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Sites to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512, Dock & Door Tec has adopted procedures for receiving written notification of claimed copyright infringement. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Dock & Door Tec will promptly investigate the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. If content you submitted has been removed as a result of a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was made in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Dock & Door Tec reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate access to the Sites for users who are repeat infringers.
