Job Summary:
The Dispatcher is responsible for scheduling and dispatching service technicians for normal installation, service and emergency repairs. The Dispatcher supports the Sales and Service Teams to ensure the accurate entry of appointments, data, proactive maintenance program (PMP) details and other assigned workflow processes within the Enterprise Resource Program (ERP). The Dispatcher is in constant communication with our Service Technicians to provide guidance, logistics, fleet details and to aid in client satisfaction.

Service:
- Efficiently schedule technicians.
- Dispatch technicians for urgent/emergency service calls.
- Manage and answer inbound phone calls.
- Troubleshoot client inquiries, gathering data to communicate with Service Dept.
- Communicate with clients regarding inbound service calls.
- Acquire resources and rental equipment to support service calls and installation calls.
- Create POs for subcontractors and rental equipment.
- Intake and set up new customers.
- Accurately enter data into ERP, managing assigned workflow processes.
- Review service & work order details for accuracy.
- Prepare service & work orders for billing processes.
Administrative Support:
- Generate departmental key performance indicators (KPIs) on a regular basis.
- May conduct purchasing processes.
- Back up billing, purchasing and office support duties when necessary.
- Ensure clear communication between departments that will benefit client relationships (be easy to do business with).
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of related customer support or dispatch experience preferred.
- Experience with client direct B2B industrial sales with a proven record of success.
- Experience with Office 365: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, enterprise resource program (ERP), and CRM software.
- Experience in an EOS/Traction environment is helpful but not required.
Accountabilities:
- Accurate data entry and process in CRM, ERP and AIM asset management systems.
- Establish credibility throughout the organization as a strong support resource.
- Responsive, organized follow-up and client support.
- Accurate data entry and process in CRM, ERP and AIM systems.
- Timely reporting and data entry.
- Ensure D&DT client experience is exemplary.
- Partner with D&DT employees to ensure internal efficiencies and collaboration.
- Maintain professional relationships with internal and external partners, exhibiting a commitment to D&DTs core values and mission.
