What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and answer in-bound phone calls
- Communicate with clients regarding inbound service calls, enter call data into system
- Responsible for scheduling technicians
- Responsible for shipping and receiving administrative duties
- Prepare work orders for billing
- Manage DDT’s PM clients and files
- Manage product shipment dates and consolidated shipping
- Assist with inventory management
- Evaluate suppliers for maximum value
- Handle various projects as the need arises
Relationships & Roles:
- Reports to Service Manager
- Partners with Inside/Outside account managers and service technicians
- Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees and vendors
- Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the client, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
- Ensures client experience is of the highest to level to encourage repeat business, referrals and introductions
Job Specifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with scheduling or dispatching
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of basic office operations and equipment operation
- Willingness to learn and adapt new technology and techniques to better self, co-workers, company & clients
